About us

These terms govern your use of the 3dinteriors.co.uk website and any consultation, design or installation services provided by 3D Interiors, a trading name of Yash Pal Enterprise Limited, registered office at 9 Farthings, Dudley, England, DY2 8XY ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Enquiries and consultations

Submitting an enquiry through our website, by phone or by WhatsApp does not create a binding contract. A contract for services is only formed once we have agreed a final design, price and timeline with you in writing, typically confirmed by a signed quote or order form.

Quotes and pricing

• Quotes are based on the information and measurements available at the time and may change following a site visit or once final specifications are confirmed.
• Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote unless stated otherwise.
• Any changes you request after a quote is confirmed may result in a revised price and timeline.

Deposits and payment

• A deposit is typically required before design work, manufacturing or ordering of materials begins.
• The remaining balance is due as set out in your individual quote, usually staged around key milestones and completion.
• We accept payment by the methods stated on your invoice. Late payment may delay your project.

Design approval

Before production begins, we will present a 3D visualisation of your project for your approval. Once you approve the design in writing, it is treated as final. Any changes requested after approval may incur additional costs and affect the delivery timeline.

Delivery and installation timelines

We will provide an estimated timeline for manufacturing and installation, but timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including supplier delays, site access issues, or changes requested by you. We will keep you informed of any significant changes to the schedule.

Cancellations

• If you cancel before design work has started, your deposit will be refunded in full, less any costs already incurred.
• If you cancel after design approval or once materials have been ordered or manufacturing has started, your deposit and any costs already incurred (materials, bespoke manufacturing, labour) are non-refundable.
• If you are a consumer entering into this contract at a distance (for example, entirely online or by phone) you may have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations; these are not affected by this clause.

Warranty and defects

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If you notice a defect in materials or installation, contact us within 12 months of completion so we can inspect and, where appropriate, repair or replace the affected item at no cost to you. This does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, misuse, or work carried out by third parties after installation.

Liability

We carry appropriate insurance for our installation work. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any claim arising from your project is limited to the value of the contract for that project.

Intellectual property

Design concepts, 3D renders and floor plans we produce for you remain our intellectual property until the associated invoice has been paid in full. You may not share or reuse our designs for another project or provider without our written consent.

Website use

Content on this website, including images, text and 3D renders, belongs to 3D Interiors or is used with permission and may not be copied or reused without our consent. We aim to keep information on this site accurate but do not guarantee that images, prices or availability shown reflect current offerings; always confirm details directly with us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
